The IBO Rebellion has received a great deal of information regarding unauthorized non-citizens participating in the Quixtar business in the United States. From all of the information I have received it appears to be common knowledge that these illegals immigrants are building Amway / Quixtar businesses and that the corporation has turned a blind eye. Well it appears those days are over. Here is an article posted May 9th, 2008 in the Grand Rapids Press.

Business owner sentenced to house arrest for attempt to smuggle relatives to West Michigan
Posted by destep May 09, 2008 06:16AM
The owner of Flat River Inn & Suites will pay a $45,000 fine and serve six months of house arrest for attempting to smuggle relatives into West Michigan from India. Kalidas Patel, 33, offered an undercover agent, posing as an Alticor Inc. pilot, $80,000 to fly relatives, U.S. District Court records show. Federal agents were tipped off to the man's plan by an Alticor employee who stayed at Patel's hotel. He also must perform 200 hours of community service.
Is this Alticor's first step at a new commitment to securing U.S. borders? Alticor was clearly very comfortable with a Federal Agent posing as an Alticor pilot. The article also indicates that an Alticor employee alerted the government in this situation.
Under the quid pro quo scenario has Alticor, who finds itself faltering in North America and under numerous accusations of operating as an illegal pyramid, decided to barter with the U.S. government? Alticor, rather than face action by the FTC or other government regulators, could be offering something politically expedient in exchange for a favorable outcome. Politics are nothing new to Alticor or its owners. The easiest thing for Alticor to offer in this situation is the illegal immigation cookie at a time when it is a hot button issue. Imagine if you would, Alticor notifying ICE or the U.S. Border Patrol about certain public gatherings such as large business functions where a large number of illegals are present. As crazy as this may sound to you I can guarantee you it doesn't sound nuts to those, BEHIND THE WALLS OF QUIXTAR, if you know what I mean. If you were dying and the only way to live is to cut your leg off, you will cut your leg off and be happy about it because you lived. Alticor may be facing a similar situation and one can never tell what they would be willing to part with.
Of course this may all be speculation or this may be dead accurate. I will leave it for you to decide. However, if I happened to be one of those IBOs with a not so legal immigation status, sit close to the door at functions the rest of the year. After all that new guy on your team just might not be who you think he is. He could very well be IBO Federal Agent with a bogus IBO number compliments of Alticor. After all, the government is famous for paying outlandish prices for items. What better place to shop than Amway / Quixtar?

This will give Brett Deimler something else to brag about,"Im also a undercover federal agent". ha, cant you just hear him."I am the border patrol,in fake diamond disguise". heeh, heeh.I liked the part about the government being comfortable paying "q" prices, that was funny.FYI,Im not singling out team,I cant stand anyone not content!!!!!dream chaser, winner, achiever, whatever you are calling yourselves. My issue is that you are setting a lot of people up to create discouragement in themselves, bitter spouses, and children, and missed opportunities to enjoy today. Its saturday, take the kids to feed the ducks, go for a motercycle ride, take the boat out.----OH,thats right, sold the boat, and bike, for function money.-----well I didnt---life aint so bad for a content loser.
You're really reaching with this one.
Why not just go sell your juice and live your stupid little life with Orrin?
He wants you r money, and you obviously need a friend.
I'm not in Amway by the way. I've been following your blog ever since Rocket turned you into mincemeat.
He's right you know. To may questions.
No answers from those that have then.
Reg flag.
Jody Jody Jody,
I already said you are the "coolest guy in Amway" what more do you need? Why so angry all the time?
Right the only thing mincemeat rocket has cultivated is the lump of useless cells between his ears or are those your ears.
If the whole gentlemens agreement thing makes you uncomfortable relax. The chance of you building any business to a level where you might share in the profits would be eliminated by your sewer like attitude any. TEAM folks who have qualified for profit sharing have ALWAYS been paid. Not only that but they didn't worry about some clause getting snuck into their handshake arangement.
I am also deeply concerned that you mother needs to ground you once again for bad behavior. You might want to take a boat trip of your own and leave the blogs alone a bit. You attention to something you have nothing to do with is quite alarming. Come to think of it the average serial killer has a greater purpose than you. At least they set a goal and accomplish something... unlike yourself.
As for this post... which points out illegal immigrants and the Quixtar business, I would believe this to be true. What information have you used to form your opinion? Oh no I didn't really ask that did I? Please disregard that question.. go ahead and keep your appointment with the tattoo artist... That "Loser" tat is gonna look great on you.
The fact that they never clarified whether it was Alticor that is affiliated with Amway and Quixtar. You know, the parent Company?
You'd think that would have been in the story, the Amway connection, since that is the name people recognize.
TEAM folks are always paid? Really? Are you one of them? If so, maybe you should have told that to Rocket.
You are really, really reaching.
You making lots of profit selling your purple juice?
Maybe focus on how Monavie IS BETTER with your successes and profits, rather than babbling on and on about how you are at war, Braveheart, blah blah blah Evil Quixtar, blah blah, betrayal, blah blah
You aren't making squat and you know it.
You TEAM people are of such low self esteem that you think this is the one and only way to be successful.
Orrin's got you fooled.
By the way, you know it's true because you banned Rocket for asking the hard questions that YOU CAN'T answer.
You don't even know the truth, so don't tell me I can't handle it.
Popsicle Pete
Poor Popsicle Pete...
So TEAM folks aren't making money in Monavie. Let me direct your attention to the following link http://onthemove.monavievo.com/advancements/default.asp
Go ahead and print it out.. all 50 plus pages of people moving on in Monavie... and yes there is a ton a TEAM people.
Or should I point out the soon to be 12 or so Black Diamonds from TEAM. No money.. again refer to this link and see what you think http://www.monavie.com/IDS.
I hope you are successful as you claim. I would only encourage you to continue on whatever path you are on. However, if you only symbol of success is your ability to tear down other than you may need to reevaluate. Sorry to leave you like this Popi but I need to go 6 this and make some more money. Drink it, Feel it, Share it!
Just like Amway!
Good for you guys.
The key difference being that in Amway you don't have a ready made group.
If you wouldn't mind, your link didn't work. Can you step by step me to that link on the Monavie website?
Good ol' Orrin is doing well!
Ha! Ha! So is Dex Yager!
But it's soooo different.
Popsicle Pete
Jody,
Surely you and the boys have something else you could be doing than writing on this blog. You and the boys need to find some other folks to worship you. We all will always know your the "coolest guy in Amway".
OK., Orrin
You are the coolest Motivational Tools Scammer.
How you continue to keep these people willingly in the dark I'll never know!
Hell, you've got them so soft for you that they don't even CARE that there is no written contract upon which your bonuses are decided!
Well Done!
You are truly the master of manipulation Orrin.
Popsicle Pete
All of you Anonymous people need to start leaving a nick name or your first name or first name inital so we can pick on you later.
I'm sure glad you didn't pick P.P.; Jay Jay, that would have been funny!
The IBO Rebellion:
There is no need to prove or attempt to show information to Popsicle Pete or anyone else not affiliated with your organization. That is one of the rules regarding good business. That information should only be shared within your org. Regardless of positions or standings, a lot of the information will mean nothing to a lot of people who are not in the business. My best advice is to have a smile on your face and keep walking. You already know it works and the only person, or people you need to prove it too are your own.
Popsicle Pete:
Lets be realistic here, everyone will have their ups and downs when starting a new business. There will be days when everything goes wrong. It is these days when they may believe it is time to throw in the towel. Is this a failure? Actually, it is a ‘Rite of Passage.’ The success of a company is how this new entrepreneur deals with these failures. It is not about what went wrong but rather, what have I leaned from it. It is this that will lead to their success. They will have many challenges and failures, but and once they get it right, they will leave you (Popsicle Pete) behind in the dust.
Ha !
I see that TEAM is still in the information control mode.
We all know how well that worked for Amway.
Again, the points raised were about Orrin Woodward and TEAM's blatant lack of transparency.
No other business would conduct itself in this fashion.
I can hear it already....This is no ordinary business! Orrin is a true leader and patriarch! I'm not making money but I'm a better person! ...blah blah blah...lets time prove him right!...My sword is ready!...blah bla..freedom for the few chosen ones!....blah...blah...blah...integrity...blah
Sounds like Amway with the whine factor turned up.
Popsicle Pete
Wow, VRU is back; VRU I don't think Pete got it!
I think VRU needs to use words with only 1 syllable for Pete. He missed the whole enchilada.
No Popsicle Pete didn't miss anything.
TEAM faithfuls simply refuse to acknowledge reality...
IM SORRY HONEY,SORRY MOM,
I needed to invest any spare money into my[orrins] future. But,ya know it aint about stuff,no cards,no flowers,no dinner out,but I've really grown as a person and a "man".------------Whats sad is this isnt the first "no gift" anniversary, b-day, mothers day, or,christmas-----THEY WILL BECOME HURT, AND BITTER,,,,,,,BUUUUT,AS LONG AS YOUR GETTIN "BETTER".--------------To all the hurt wives, mothers out there,a heartfelt HAPPY MOTHERS DAY!!!
My, my, what words of wisdom do our socialites have today?
Disposable income, you have given them a valuable lesson here, let’s hope they have learned from your mistakes.
Anonymous and Popsicle Pete, let’s talk about facts, I am sure there have been events in your lives you were not good at. Regardless if it was a sport or a hobby, I am sure something went wrong. In that case it would be considered a failure. You learned from it, you gain knowledge, eventually the next time you stepped up to the plate you didn’t strike out. You might have fouled out, but at least you hit the ball. Finally, something went right, now you move on, single, double and finally a grand slam to win the ballgame! Wahoo!
As far as Team goes, there are what 30K+ of them in the org? If they have that many people, they must be doing something right. After all, they did join your organization didn’t they? I didn’t hear you complain about them back then, right? Now they have all left to pursue another opportunity. I don’t know about you but I would say you are a disgruntled worker.
Now here is one more thing to think about. Imagine if you will, GM fired or kicked the Leader of the UAW at the bargaining table. What do you think would have happen?
I am not the one in dire need of a reality check!
vru,
good point!
Don't forget about the fact that we are not just talking about Orrin and Chris here. 40% of the IBOIA board were in on this mass exodus, some of whom are Orrins' upline, some of whom are his crossline. Team legacy, a organization larger than TEAM also decided to join the cause many months before D-day. To lay blame for any of this on one or two leaders of an organization because they decided to step up to the plate on behalf of 40% of the IBOIA board, (union if you will) just sounds like a witch hunt to me...
And as for the other 60% of the board goes, well we all know it is easier to sit back from a safe position and kinda "see what happens" while the usually smaller and more courageous group takes a stand for what is the right thing to do, be it oh so risky.....
TEAM left because they wanted to keep fleecing the flock off of motivational money. Amway wants to stop it.
PERIOD.
Just because 30,000 people are doing something it doesn't make it right. There's countless examples of this, but one that would stick out and not take much research would be the Hitler regime.
It's not a matter of whether or not YOU think it works. It's not a matter of whether or not I think it works either.
It's the simple fact that Orrin Woodward refuses to respond to criticism. It shouldn't be hard to support your position if you're right, doncha think?
Furthermore, the author of this blog COULD NOT answer very simple questions put forth to him by Rocket of Rocket's Rants blog. I presume any TEAM member would not be able to answer very simple questions as well.
THAT is when I realized that TEAM is a bunch of smoke and mirrors, carrying the deceptive torch that was once Amway.
Now it's TEAM. Unless any TEAM member can answer very simple questions about their business, no intelligent folk would subject themselves on someone's word, whom they've never met.
Doing otherwise is simply a bad business move.
Popsicle Pete
Popsicle Pete, How was Mother's Day at the Victor household? I t must be frustration to try to live up to the name of someone as great as Joe Victor Sr.
Revisionist history at its finest Popsicle. I thought Orrin and Chris got terminate because of the b.s. accusations by Q that they were improperly positioning the biz, that they used the curiosity approach, they built depth that Q called "stacking," they "bundled" meaning a product pack with registration.
Bottom line Popsicle, you are a big fat LIAR! What is so great is TEAM is gone and you can't quit talking about us, suing us. I am beginning to think you negative ninnies out here are a bunch of stalkers.
popsicle,
dude, get a clue.
1. Team has NEVER claimed to be a way to make money, it isn't a "network marketing" aka "mlm" like monavie and amway. It is a leadership development service provider that also deals in the SUPPORT of network marketing.
2. Team does have a profit sharing that is available to those that qualify at a certain level. 'turbo 12' (that is not a hidden fact)...
But what your small mind can't understand is the words "profit sharing" which means people share in the profit, and with any company varies from month to month.
3. Really what does it matter to you at all what 30K plus people are doing to better themselves and support themselves while they build a business?
NEPA
I am constantly amazed at the people who post that Amway/Quixtar is a scam. I have been affiliated for over 20 years and have had years where I made a lot of money and years when I didn't. Oddly enough, the amount of money I made was directly proportional to the amount of work I did.
Why didn't I do that amount of work every year? Who knows? I'm human, sometimes I'm lazy, sometimes I am luckier than others. It is all part of it. Just as in any other business, I suspect. I certainly know that when I was a computer troubleshooter I worked hard all the time and made money all the time. But I had to do that or lose my job. Having your own business allows you the opportunity to goof off and not succeed.
Anyway, I have done price comparisons over the years and I feel I have received a good quality product at a fair price. I could always buy a cheaper product, but I found that I am not satisfied with the quality. Enough people are also happy with the price/quality ratio that the company has been in business for over 50 years.
On the magic juice business, I don't know. Seems a bit pricy to me, but if someone wants it, hey, it's a free country.
Mij in Jax
Jody and the Boys,
Silly me, I thought you would take the day off since it is Mothers Day. I still think your the "coolest dudes left in Amway"
Jay
Mij in Jax,
Awesome I'm glad you have had a good business for 20 years and I hope you have 20 more if that is what you so desire.
This is all just so Jr. High.. TEAM left, what does it matter to anyone that didn't leave? We didn't affect the Amway name more than it has already been affected over the years.
Who cares if we all want to sell juice that most of you have never tried. Hey you think it's overpriced... but so what? If we can sell it and be sucessfull good for us, what does it matter to anyone anymore?
"Hey it's a free country".. exactly and we exercised our right to CHOOSE and we CHOSE different than what you did. Let me again say... so what? We are different and pursuing different things and business.. people.. please just grow up.
NEPA
popsicle pete,
Amway wanted a chunk of the tools system that was working so well and not only that, they also wanted to limit profit sharing to diamonds and above. TEAM started profit sharing starts at 12 and 12. They didn't like that. I've said it before, If the pricing were in line with the market nobody would have needed a tool system in the first place, and Amway would become what Wal Mart is today. Unfortunately they don't have the vision to see things that big.
Amway does not want large groups of people in organizations, they want hundreds of thousands of people making just enough to supplement their incomes and not enough to have a large enough market share to have any influence on decisions made by Alticor. Hence leaving the IBOIA board a toothless guard dog.
The last thing Alticor wants is a union of distributors loyal to each other, which is why they are trying so hard to "split the heard up". Break up the Union before it starts, that's the ticket. No siree not me I'll stay with my Team thank you, and with a one million goal no less. It's not the product, it's the community that holds the key to success.....
And "We will until"
"we will until"
Is that 1 of your rah,rah slogans?
Winners are so CORNY.
ONLY A FEW ARE CHOZEN,,,YADA,YADA-----------------GET A LIFE!!!!!!!!
Living your whole life believing everyone thinks your cool, when in fact, just like in school, your still the MONKEY IN THE MIDDLE!!!-------HEEH,HEEH
Popsickle pete:

The comments posted on 4/21 re: Monavie moves to dismiss lawsuit..
re: Celadrin.
I take it no one thought this was possible. Surprise..
Monavie get sued by the makers of Celadrin for billions according to some reports.
man...all the anonymous.
just fill out your stuff once and leave it there. its impossible to follow who is talking what to who.
j4.1776,
I'm with you on that note.
I don't even pay attention to anything anonymous writes most of the time, because I don't know who to respond to except for time and date, and that is just aggravating!!
By the way, don't you think it's funny how the ppl who can't respond with logical responses on this blog always resort to personal attacks, just like politicians running for office?
J4 and Ben -- I agree, and don't you also think it's odd that it's OK for some folks to sue Quixtar but not OK for others to sue them?
j4.1776
If you really are from the IBOAI, haven't you figured out why so many people are anonymous?
knows better,
fill me in, who are you referring to?
I thought it was ok for anyone to sue anyone as long as they had enough money or reason to.
2:21 am,
Just make up a silly name or something so the conversation makes sense, like everyone else. Who's to say my real name is Ben. Besides your IP address is all they can see anyway.... Heck sometimes I post from my Itouch when im at work.
