POSSIBLE INVESTIGATION OF QUIXTAR UNDERWAY IN MISSOURI???

The IBO Rebellion has just learned that some high-level elected officials in the state of Missouri have become extremely interested in the actions of the Quixtar Legal Department, the selective enforcement of rules, the validity of the arbitration process and the business practices of one former particular long-time IBO Board member.

This could get interesting. Ironically, these issues caught the attention of the state of Missouri before the TEAM situation ever came about. Imagine the impact if the state of Missouri was made aware of just how many people have been affected by the unethical practices of Quixtar?

It’s time for citizens of Missouri to rise up and make your thoughts known to your elected officials. Later this week, the Rebellion will begin posting names and addresses of elected officials in Missouri for your convenience. Elected officials are there to represent the people of their state and actually enjoy getting feedback from citizens. The only way they know there is a problem is for people to write them and let them know. This is your country.

There may be quite a bit more to this. Not sure of specifics, but my wife and I are personally aquainted with a rep for Missouri legislature who is also looking into Quixtar's activities.

Isn't this the same state that Judge Doerr made the comment about Quixtar/Amway's arbitration process being "unconscienable"? Seems they already have a precedent case in their own state to begin some actions. This could be interesting.

Who do I write? Give me a name and an address and you better believe I'll have a letter out that same day.

I will have the letter ready, just tell me who to send it too! This has got to STOP!

Who is the "one former particular long-time IBO board member"?

Inquiring minds want to know.

This is great! My wife and I are from Missouri. Just give us the addresses and we will write the letters.

A former board member.....could it be a 2nd generation Crown? I hear he has groups in Missouri. I don't think the state would look into anyone unless they themselves had groups in that state.

H.A.M. says:
Today is March 10th and many of us "free radicals" have been held “at bay”, waiting to show our true colors.

Big Bad Q, you may be able to distract some with your nepotism (Nepotism is a common accusation in politics when the relative of a powerful figure ascends to similar power seemingly without appropriate qualifications) lead lawsuits, spending your daddy's money; however you will not beat us on the open field! History will write itself, not you. You are not the author of “our” destiny, GOD is, and everyday you go down the path you follow, you fall closer into the hands of Satan. Try GOD out, if it does not work out Satan will always take you back.

A new chapter has been started my fellow warriors, let’s show them how fast and how many Power Players will show up in June. The glory will go to GOD, unsheathe the sword and let the battle begin!

I truly believe it is time for this long running shame to be exposed, and for the trickery and deceptiveness to be revealed. I believe it is time for a call to the judiciary and legislation, to take a look at this for the outright petty treachery that they are attempting. Let them stand in front of the court of public opinion, not just in Missouri but throughout the land… I will not only start writing letters but a few phone calls are in order.

A few months back I received an interesting package from the Missouri Attorney General's Office. Apparently A**** had sent out a package of documents to the state to "inform" them of what was going on. The copies of documents that were in the information were informative as most of it had not previously been made public (that I had seen). Interesting that one side tries to hide things from YOU, the general public and the other one keeps getting sued for not hiding things. Anyway...

What was interesting to me was the date of the cover letter from A**** to the State of Missouri. You see, the date was after the company was under a FEDERAL injunction not to do certain things. Copies of documents I have no problem with. The cover letter, in the guise of analysis, I believe knowingly and willfully violated a federal judges injunction.

Whether the Attorney General for the State of Missouri cares or not is another issue.

Stay tuned over the next couple days. Your participation in Phase II will help move the cause to a much higher level.

Quixtar, Amway and the IBOIA as well as certain high level pins are definitely on the radar screen of some regulatory officials now.

Time to let YOUR story be told without the fear of retaliation or submission of free speech.

That time will be in the next few days.....stay tuned.
